Description
two icons, each that launch the Browser, similar to the Inspire Resources icon on the desktop now
Icon A is a repeat of the Jupyter launcher, with the jupyter.svg icon
Icon B is About Jupyter, with a link to jupyter.org

Icon for the Jupyter web site could be the generic /usr/share/icons/Lubuntu/apps/48/web-browser.svg icon

Based on discussion from https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeolive/ticket/1899 and the fact that we recently reverted to a single launcher in the menus, I prefer to keep one launcher. Perhaps that can point to an introduction notebook with all the extra information included.
