Jupyter documentation is not published, cataloged as "hidden" sometime in the past

there has been some debate whether the Jupyter environment calls for its own documentation on OSGeoLive, or not. Many OSGeo projects might benefit from example Jupyter Notebooks (English and non-English language). In 2020, many remote sensing companies publish core documentation and example code for APIs in Jupyter Notebooks.
