overview page - put historical links somewhere else

per IRC discussion in weekly meeting 10jul17 it may be desirable to list 'Available in prior OSGeo-Live releases' list, on different page. There is some chance that a long list of removed projects raises "fear, uncertainty and/or doubt" in the mind of a reader unnecessarily. The list could simply be on another page as a reference. The list is useful as an accounting during a prolonged process, but that process is coming to an end.

Or put a message that says:

..note:: This section links to the archives of past releases.

Which at this moment is faster.

What you are suggesting I like also, but can be for v12.
