Vector Tiles additions

It would be very valuable to showcase the latest improvements on the Vector Tile world, which is a big absence right now in OSGeo-Live.

GeoServer now has a vector tiles plugin. However, it is considered "stable" only in the 2.11.x series, on the 2.10.x series it is still to be downloaded from the "community" section of nightly builds: ​http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/geoserver/2.10.x/community-latest/geoserver-2.10-SNAPSHOT-vectortiles-plugin.zip

I would volunteer for setting up t-rex ;-)

Space requirements will be minimal (13MB + docs).

I'm currently working on a MVT benchmark which uses a Natural Earth dataset (​https://github.com/pka/mvt-benchmark). I will motivate and help the Geoserver, Mapserver and Tegola teams to implement this benchmark at FOSSG4G in Dar. This could also be a good OSGeoLive tutorial for all these servers!
