Description
The quickstart section on Vector Modules suggests creating attributes for the basins area vector with v.rast.stats, then filtering based on stddev < 50. In my trial all the stdev values where below 15. I suggest to change the quickstart to "stddev<10"

Replying to hamish:
It matters which dataset you were using and which resolution you had the region set at the time.
Were you using the spearfish or north carolina dataset?
The nc_basic_spm dataset, using the elevation raster. No changes to the region, I just walked thru the quickstart.
If spearfish, were you using the elevation.dem (30m) or elevation.10m data?

I've modified the quickstart to make it clear which maps to pick. In general I thought to leave it generic, but for r.watershed the number of threshold cells is map resolution dependent.
thanks for noticing it, Hamish
