Update to Tukaani Xz Utils?

Hello,
I've noticed that in the default install path of our QGIS LTR 3.34.10 (installed via the OSGeo4W installer), there is an old version of Tuikaani Xz Utils (v5.4.5.0), here: c:\program files\osgeo4w_v2\bin\liblzma.dll
According to their product home page (https://tukaani.org/xz/) there are later versions available.
This request isn't to fix a security issue, but it's probably better to stay current with 3rd Party components.
