hm, not sure msi issue belong here. The actual OSGeo4W packages are not affected. Anyway, the msi was updated.

Where do you think issues with the all-in-one stand-alone .msi installer belongs to? The ​https://github.com/jef-n/OSGeo4W GitHub repository doesn't allow to file issue reports.

At least I don't see a point in re-filing it here, if there's already a QGIS ticket.

OK. Since the issue is not in the QGIS source code, AFAIK usually the issue report on the QGIS GitHub repository should be closed and no one will notice it.
