Please see ​https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/51188. A patch has been submitted in OSGeo/gdal ​https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/6911 A retraction proposal for 3.6.0 has been issued. Please update the GDAL library to 3.6.1 version as soon as it is released.
