Description
OSGeo4W Network Installer implements GDAL 3.5 and GEOS 3.10 and therefore some new features of QGIS 3.28 Firenze cannot be used for example:
- concave_hull expression, Requires GEOS 3.11+ https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/48865
- related tables Requires GDAL 3.6 https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/49737
