python3-rasterio broken in latest release

Description

After installing python3-rasterio, import rasterio fails with ImportError: DLL load failed [...].

I believe this is caused by the fact that QGIS and most other packages now link to gdal305-runtime, but python3-rasterio still depends on gdal304-runtime.
