With the latest grass8 8.0.1-3 and qgis-dev* 3.25.0-233-383b2f9f78-1, the GRASS 8 plugin is not available in QGIS Desktop 3.25.0 (Nigthly) and the following errors are reported in the Log Messages panel: 

2022-05-10T08:53:45     WARNING    Failed to load C:/OSA194~1/apps/qgis-dev/plugins/plugin_grass8.dll (Reason: Cannot load library C:\OSA194~1\apps\qgis-dev\plugins\plugin_grass8.dll: Impossibile trovare il modulo specificato.)

It seems to me this is due to the the fact that the package proj82-runtime is not listed in the grass8 dependencies, while proj_8_2.dll is needed by libgrass_gproj.8.0.dll.

Manually installing proj82-runtime fixes the issue.

The same underlying make impossible to launch GRASS GIS 8: see #738.
