I actually received a Gateway Timeout error so did NOT realize the ticket was actually filed. The osgeo ticket is here to help with: https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2701
BTW, I don't seem to have permissions to CLOSE this ticket, can you do that ? Sorry for the annoyance.

Apparently yes, but you probably got the warning that somebody else meanwhile changed your fresh ticket. That apparently leads people to file duplicates (eg. #723, #722, #721, #720, #719, #718; #712 #711; #710, #709). I was just about to file a ticket on the osgeo trac…
