GRASS 7 plugin issue installing QGIS and QGIS LTR via OSGeo4W v2 network installer

Description
Using QGIS and QGIS LTR installed via OSGeo4W v2 Network Installer, is it not possible to use the GRASS7 plugin in QGIS. The following error is reported in the Log Messages panel:
WARNING GRASS init error : Problem in GRASS initialization, GRASS provider and plugin will not work : Module built against version 2021-08-12T15:48:18+00:00 but trying to use version 2021-10-11T09:56:15+00:00. You need to rebuild GRASS GIS or untangle multiple installations.
So I think the qgis-grass-plugin-3.20.3 and qgis-ltr-grass-plugin-3.16.11 plugins should be rebuild against the latest GRASS package available grass-7.8.6. They are instead built against the grass-7.8.6RC2-1 package which is not currently possible to install through the OSGeo4W v2 Network Installer.

It seems now the issue doesn't occur with QGIS 3.16.12 and 3.22.0 and the updated grass-plugin packages.
