OSGeo4W v2: missing fftw package - GRASS tools not working

Description

The fftw package is missing in the OSGeo4W v2 repository.

This leads in issue running (some?) GRASS Processing tools with QGIS installed using the OSGeo4W v2 Network Installer or the QGIS MSI Standalone Installer.

The fftw package is present in the OSGeo4W v1 repository as dependency of grass and grass-daily packages.
