It seems to be problem of calling proj_8_0.dll somewhere. The library does not exist, instead there is proj_8_1.dll in c:\OSGeo4W64\apps\proj-dev\bin\. After renaming the proj_8_1.dll to proj_8_0.dll, QGIS starts without problems.

Ok, so this is not about the testing repository. The proj and gdal nightlies are still active there, while the qgis-dev nightlies were disabled. Current master needs newer dependencies than available in the current repository. qgis-dev is available in the testing repository (but there with released proj 8 and gdal 3.2 and not nightlies). Use the released version or the testing repo.

Hi jef, I have the same issue and I don't quite understand your last post.

What is the "testing repository" and how do I use it, if I cannot use qgis-dev?
