The search button does not return all relevant results

Description
Hi, I'm trying to install packages from osgeo4w, advanced install setup In the widget where you select the packages to install, i made a search with the word "symbols". Find nothing despite there are packages that have this word in their description, eg qgis-dev-pdb. It could be nice to include that field (package?) in the places the search box should look at.
Sorry. First time to report an issue here so I'm not sure I got all the requirements for a proper report.
