grass support lost for qgis-rel-dev 2.18.7-15

Description
Recently, the qgis-rel-dev package doesn't have GRASS support anymore when launching the qgis-rel-dev-g7.2.1 launcher or from the start menu.
As of writing I have installed (64-bit): qgis-rel-dev 2.18.7-15 / grass 7.2.1-1 / gdal 2.1.3-2
GRASS Plugin isn't listed in plugin manager, and grass projects in the browser from within qgis are shown as folders instead of the grass icon.

Fixed with point releases of qgis and gdal update.
