gdal-python 1.11.1-1 is broken in 32bit

Hi,

After updating OsGeo4W few days ago I found that python bindings for GDAL are broken.

The GDAL folder in

C:\OSGeo4W\apps\Python27\Lib\site-packages

was empty.

I had to roll back to version 1.11.0-2

and now

C:\OSGeo4W\apps\Python27\Lib\site-packages\GDAL-1.11.0-py2.7-win32.egg

has what it needed

I noted that size of package

gdal-python-1.11.1-1.tar.bz2 is only 46K

while size of the previous version

gdal-python-1.11.0-2.tar.bz2 is 374K

the folder in latest archive

gdal-python-1.11.1-1.tar\apps\Python27\Lib\site-packages\GDAL-1.11.1-py2.7-win32.egg\

is empty.

It seems it is packaging problem.
