osgeo4w-setup.exe should remove old releases

Description
osgeo4w-setup.exe should offer to or automatically remove old releases. Right now, for example, I have 492 MB worth of old QGIS release .tar.bz2 files saved on my hard drive. If I had to reinstall, I only need the latest one.
I realize there are developers who might prefer multiple releases, but I imagine that many (most?) osgeo4w-setup.exe users are "just users" and don't need all all these archival copies.
I don't see where to find the version of the copy of osgeo4w-setup.exe that I have--it was downloaded a few days ago--so no version selected in this ticket.
