Python 2.7.2 has security issues - not sure if this is actually a problem for desktops.

As noted, this doesn't look like a problem for desktops, but since o4w does include Apache and similar applications to be web facing we should upgrade. I'll see if I can get to this later this week.

...changed to upgrade to 2.7.4, released last week. And I'll do it this week.
