Description
I could not read rasterlite rasters with QGis before updating the sqlite3.dll file . The one that was in the osgeo4w\bin directory was pretty old (2008-02-06). I changed the file with a newer sqlite3.dll from gisinternals GDAL setup (2010-10-24) and after that rasterlite rasters show in QGis.

I made a test yesterday by making a totally new OSGeo4W installation with just Quantum GIS-dev selected. SQLite3.dll that gets installed is fresh and rasterlite databases behave nice so it seems to be fixed.
