GRASS osgeo4w shortcut launchers do not work

Description
When installing any version of GRASS with osgeo4w, both the shortcuts in the Desktop and in the start menu are not working. Tested with 6.4.2rc3 7.0svn 6.5svn 6.4.2svn

Just updated, now the remaining that are not working are 6.5svn and 7.0svn

It's working for me. What exact error?

A window flashes and immediately disappear, too fast to see any message. Do you suggest to make a clean install?

The problem was related to MSYS package. It should be fixed in msys package distributed in osgeo4w framework.
