Description

  1. Entry for OpenEV on start menu doesn't point to valid location.

"C:\Windows\system32\ " C:\OSGeo4W\bin\openev.bat

  1. Starting OpenEV by running C:\OSGeo4W\bin\openev.bat fails because MSVCR90.dll is missing.

This is likely a problem with the most recent libtiff package which is broken, gory details here ​http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/mscvr90-tt6731900.html. Try downgrading to libtiff 4.0.0.dev-90 (instead of dev-91)
