Osgeo4w installer crashes on installation of apache

Description
I tried to upgrade my osgeo4w installation on a winxpSP3 machine. During the removal of apache, the installer crashes. I have installed the last version of the installer and have also redownloaded all the packages.

I tried to install apache with the apt commandline tool and encountered a problem too. In the postinstall batch file, there's a syntactic error: " is missing in front of %OSGEO4W_ROOT% on the last xxmklink line in apache.bat: xxmklink "%OSGEO4W_STARTMENU%\Apache\OSGEO4W-Apache-Monitor.lnk" %OSGEO4W_ROOT%\Apache\bin\ApacheMonitor.exe" should be: xxmklink "%OSGEO4W_STARTMENU%\Apache\OSGEO4W-Apache-Monitor.lnk" "%OSGEO4W_ROOT%\Apache\bin\ApacheMonitor.exe"
