Update the OSGeo logo used in the installer

Description
The current installer uses an old version of the OSGeo logo - it should be updated to the latest logo version (from SVN at: http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/marketing/logo/).

I've updated the osgeo icon used in the installer. Because the new(er) logo has thinner lines and lighter colors, the 32x32 icon doesn't look as good as the previous (this is probably why the main osgeo.org site still uses the old logo in favicon.ico also)...but it does look good once you click on setup.exe and the icon is displayed in the installer window.
I've also added the icon to the first installer windows (it was missing for some reason)...that part looks good now :)
