Description
Following the cancellation of the Beijing FOSS4G 2012, we need to setup a home for http://2012.foss4g.org/ in the webextra VM (with the other *.foss4g.org websites) to display a mini-site with the cancellation information, etc.

VirtualHost for 2012.foss4g.org created in webextra VM, and info updated in http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/WebExtraVM
The only thing left to do will be the DNS change once board is ready to replace the website (former website hosted by the Beijing LOC).
