Description

A new local group has been formed in Buenos Aires (Argentina) so I want to ask for a mailing list for them.

  • Mail would be: buenosaires/lists.osgeo.org
  • Description: "Lista de correo para el grupo Geoinquietos Buenos Aires"
  • Admins: jsanz/osgeo.org and mmiranda/osgeo.org

I will register the list on Nabble.

While the list appears in a Google search, it is not longer on the lists server. How come? It is an error generator in the file /var/log/mailman/error

?

I think the "Buenos Aires" list no longer exists and instead the "Argentina" list took its place. #1237 Perhaps there should be redirects or something.

Right, it was renamed as requested.

There are email forwarders for the old addresses, but no attempt was made to redirect web requests (and I'm not sure it would be that handy to have to maintain such a thing).
