Description
I just failed when following my GeoTools release procedure (sigh!).
The failure was returned as:
Failed to transfer file: http://download.osgeo.org/webdav/geotools/org/geotools/geotools/8.0-M2/geotools-8.0-M2.pom. Return code is: 405 Method Not Allowed -> [Help 1]
Any suggestions? It appears as if my credentials are in order.

I believe the issue is that webdav has not been setup yet on the new server as discussed in #798.

Basically this is a repeat of Ticket #607 since we don't seem to have a backup of the webdav config from the previous download server. So we'll need to follow the same steps to get it up and running and then make sure to include it in the backup this time.
