vmap tiles service on WebExtra VM needs love

Description
Two issues with the VMap tiles service on the WebExtraVM:
1) it is not documented in http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/WebExtraVM
2) It is producing huge logs which had filled up the disk. I deleted some of the older files, but I'd like to suggest we just turn off logging for this service.

Tried clicking on all links to Vmap found in these Vmap related tickets
Also http://vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org/ gives a Welcome to nginx! with https://vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org/ Secure Connection Failed
So maybe its not been used at all.
Please confirm that Vmap is not used at all, so that these Vmap related tickets can be closed

I see vmaptiles on webextra but not sure if this is sitll an issue or not as this ticket is so old.
