Description
Hi
Can you add Alessandro Pasotto to the sudoers group (I believe that is managed via ldap?) so that he can restart services etc. on our QGIS host? Alessandro is helping to build out our web infrastructure and needs to be able to update and deploy this on the server.
His osgeo user name is 'elpaso'
Alessandro has been associated with the QGIS project for quite some time and I trust him not to screw around with the server / osgeo infrastructure.
Thanks
Tim

Fixed using info from Frank on IRC. Alessandro hasnt actually logged in yet - Ill pick this ticket up again if he has any issue.

Tim
Tim, sudo access is handled locally to the machine. As a sudoer yourself you can "sudo vi /etc/group" and add elpaso to the "sudoer" group in that file.
Let me know if you encounter any problems.
