Description
Just a note.. I finished filing our Delaware state annual report for 2010.
I also have our British Columbia report pretty much done too.

Sure - one is just filled in online, the other is done offline.
They are nothing special, just listing our address, list of directors (and their addresses) and paying a fee. No finance stuff in them at all.
I can upload them somewhere - I'd rather not post private addresses publicly though. I should really get our official docs organised on a folder somewhere other than on my PC. Any ideas?

Ah, that doesn't sound that interesting then. Perhaps we could at least document the procedures you go through? When, when, etc? Possibly in wiki.osgeo.org under http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Executive_Director?

Indeed very boring stuff :) However, I have added it to http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Finance_Operational_Notes (links from Finance Committee page. Thanks for that reminder.
Are these reports available somewhere? Can they be public?
