osgeo2 shutdown and contract termination

osgeo2 is redundant and we need to notify peer1 so we can stop paying for it.

Ticket submitted with Peer1:

OSGeo no longer has need of the "osgeo2" server (reachable at 66.223.95.244).  
We would like to decommission it and cease service payments effective the end 
of October 2010. 

Note, please be careful to *not* decommission the osgeo1 server (reachable at 
66.223.95.24) which is still very important to us.

Since this issue has been resolved we will be closing this ticket. As requested server web2.osgeo.org, service ID 1288187 with Primary IP 66.223.95.243 will be taken offline on Fri, 12 Nov 2010.
