I assume that hardware reboot on blade10 is needed:

Question: if you have a backup, perhaps move it to blade14?

Hi Markus! Unfortunately no backup available. Will make one this week once the site is up again.

So that blade is toast and the geonetwork-opensource.org site is now moved to a non-osgeo server and has changed off of Plone. Please open another ticket if you would like help to move it back to an osgeo box (the projects vm).
