there seems to be wiki-spam and the edit-button of this wiki-site seems to work without a login.

besides the wiki spam there are c.4700 spam bug reports open that will need to be nuked.

I assume that ticket create and ticket modify permissions are still set to anonymous. Unfortunately I am not in the metacrs admin group, so someone else has to change it (as well as eliminating 4xxx bug reports).

I've set WIKI_CREATE, WIKI_MODIFY, TICKET_CREATE, TICKET_MODIFY to authenticated group rather than of anonymous.

There is no admin set for that trac instance. Who is supposed to maintain this instance? Also, there is a lot of spam tickets, not only 4xxx. See the active tickets report.

I'll take care of this. I don't believe there was much actual content in this trac, so I'll likely just recreate it since there is so much junk in it already.

last known good version of the wiki is version 16? (but there is spam before that so some changes may have been lost)

I have recreated the metacrs trac and recreated the three wiki topics.

I didn't feel it made sense for us to carry the thousands of spam-tickets.

The new trac was secured (after two new spam-tickets were created).
