Add SVG as supported format by the wiki

At this time is not possible to add SVG files to the wiki (like logos). It would be possible to add this file format to the enabled ones?

Requires a slight edit in

/var/www/wiki_osgeo/LocalSettings.php

Adding svg to a line similar to

$wgFileExtensions = array('png', 'gif', 'jpg', 'jpeg', 'doc', 'xls', 'mpp', 'pdf', 'ppt', 'tiff', 'bmp', 'docx', 'xlsx', 'pptx', 'ps');

​Reference I don't have sudoer access on wiki to do it.
