edit download.osgeo index.html to add live-demo

Hi,

currently index.htm on the download.osgeo.org server has file props set so only the owner of the file (Frank) can edit it. Can you add this line to it just before the OSGeo4W entry:

 <li> <a href="livedvd">Live-demo</a>

also, is there a way to automatically set umask/chmod 664 on the files in download/livedvd/? (especially the index.html there keeps losing that every time someone scp's in a new version)

Hamish, I have given you sudo access on upload.osgeo.org - please feel free to adjust the index.html as you see fit.

I don't know how to preserve desired permissions.
