Drop the wildcard DNS entries for osgeo.org and osgeo.net

I will start by dropping .net and seeing what the consequences are. Eventually, as we figure it out, we'll transition to dropping the .org wildcard DNS entry.

I have removed the .net wildcard entry. The TTL on .net was (is) 7 days, so it will be a while before this globally takes effect.

I turned down the TTL on .org to 1 day in preparation for our changes.
