Description
I have been having a hard time reaching http://test.geotools.org/ (and associated http://mapserver.org/). Occasionally it works; occasionally I get a 503 ...
Is anything wrong?

Changing to SAC ... I assume it's all related to xblade14 being completely locked up?
Is there any status report that can be given for the various projects/people asking me why sites x,y,z are gone and when they'll be back? I assume all issues about xblade14 are still open?

WIth xblade14 returning this issue is now closed.

I see the mapserver.org is working today; but the geotools site is not. As far as I know it is just static content.
