Hi, I was working on #3330 and I accidentally cancelled the user gfoss (I was thinking that I was removing it from the dutch event) and with him his events. I hope it is not completely removed and just hidden somewhere, and it is possible to recover. Or if there are any backup it could be recover from it.
If it is not possible to recover could you please recreate the gfoss account (we were running a call in these days :-( ) and maybe create a new one for the dutch local chapter.

Sorry not quite following. I do have a backup I can restore from but not sure if you are saying it's just the user or all the events associated. If it's just a user, probably easier to recreate rather than me figuring out what bits of the backup would need to be restored.

@robe I checked and the events looks there (for example https://talks.osgeo.org/flowpath-2025/cfp) but they are not accessible from the admin panel. Probably it should be needed to create back the organization GFOSS.it and assign back to the conferences.

I see GFOSS.it org there, but it had no teams. I just created a team in it that has full writes to that org and added you to that team. I think you should be able to create additional teams and assign them to specific conferences from there.

@robe thanks a lot I see the confs back but I'm not able to create new team (https://talks.osgeo.org/orga/organiser/gfoss-it/teams/new) or modify the existing one (https://talks.osgeo.org/orga/organiser/gfoss-it/teams/43/) I always get 404 return status code.

I thought I had Can change teams and permissions permissions checked, but looks like they weren't for gfoss-it Admin group. Can you try again.

@robe thanks a lot now everything looks good. Do you have the power to change Organization Team for FOSS4GNL 2025, it is assigned to GFOSS.it but I would like to assign fo FOSS4G team.
