Description
Wiki links to other osgeo site's should be considered internal links and not require captcha. Specifically anything in the osgeo.org domain.

Whenever I paste trac.osgeo.org links, I need to answer the captcha. That is unnecessary.

I just pasted Trac URL in comment and I did not even receive captcha to answer. Annoying!
