Mailing lists for FOSS4G2010

Description
Hi all, on behalf of the LOC for Barcelona 2010, I would like to ask for two mailing lists:
- a public one: FOSS4G2010
- a private one: FOSS4G2010_LOC
I'm available to be the administrator as I'm used to with other OSGeo lists (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)

The following lists have been created with you as admin. I'll email the admin password privately. I think they are set up reasonable, but you might want to test the private-ness of subscription and archive access for the -private list.

Is the foss4g2010 list intended for public discussions about the conference by the LOC or primarily by non-LOC people? Is the _LOC list only for private discussions?
Normally we have a public list used for most LOC discussion and a -private list used only for discussions that need to be private. In particular, it is important that most LOC discussions not be private.
So, I'd like to suggest the list names be foss4g2010 (all public LOC business, with anyone else allowed to join/contribute that wants to), and foss4g2010-private (exclusively for confidential LOC discussions).
