Description
grass-dev mailing was moved to discourse and is mirrored. Now we would like to finish the transition and close the mailing list. I assume the mailman archive would still work.

Yes the archive will still work. I've turned off the mirroring and put the mailing list in emergency moderation mode.
@cvvergara anything else needs to be done? The subscribe page was already removed when we moved to discourse.
