Reconfigure forwarding for FOSS4G Europe GitHub pages

Please reconfigure forwarding for FOSS4G Europe 2024 webpages:

2024.europe.foss4g.org -> ​https://foss4g-europe.github.io/2024-foss4g-europe.github.io

2025.europe.foss4g.org -> ​https://foss4g-europe.github.io/2025-foss4g-europe.github.io

The change for 2024 comes with renaming the GitHub org from year-notated to an annually reusable org. 2025 is a new page that is under construction.

I'll notify here when the GH org renaming has been done.

Last year's efforts are at ​https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/3005

The orgname on GH has been changed and all seems to be ok. So no further action required with ​https://2024.europe.foss4g.org

The 2025 github pages is also ready, so 2025.europe.foss4g.org -> ​​https://foss4g-europe.github.io/2025-foss4g-europe.github.io can be done now at any time
