project page banner size requirements conflict with each other

FYI, there is something strange with the requirements for the photo and the image that can we upload.

You can upload maximum 2 mo file with "suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels". However, photo warns for a banner with "Width should be at least 3800px / Height should be at least 960 px".

My guess is:

I expect the file size is limited to 2 MB, and the system provides an example of 2560 as an indication of how small an image would need to need to be in order to be less that 2MB.

Once the file is uploaded, the design layout likely wants 3800 x 960 (to form a horizontal banner).
