Description
The /etc/postfix/blacklisted_recipients file was added manually to osgeo6 config, as well as the change to smtpd_recipient_restrictions in /etc/postfix/main.cf, which is otherwise deployed via ansible.
This ticket is to add those changes to ansible to avoid reverting the change
