Description
We got an email abuse report from OSUOSL.
Looks to be coming from our talks.osgeo.org system. Based on the address I would guess it's an email sent out for FOSS4G 2024 since the complaint email is from a com.br address.

I'm guessing this was from some mail send of FOSS4G 2024. I've sent a note to the FOSS4G 2024 committee to refrain from sending to this person, and I have also requested an unblock request to the https://matrix.spfbl.net/ which reported us.
