Just an FYI -- we ran into some issues loading geonetwork-devel - so we will continue with that later tonight.
The geonetwork-users and geonetwork-users-fr and geonetwork-usuarios-es should be set but you might want to adjust the category names and put in logos and the descriptions etc.
