Hi,
Could you create a sub-category under Local Chapters for OSGeo-Europe? Something like https://discourse.osgeo.org/c/local-chapters/europe ?
And is there a way of integrating mailman and discourse where emails and posts are reflected in both channels? The current OSGeo Europe list is still in mailman2 AFAIK, but I have no objections if that would be migrated to mailman3 if required for such integration.
