Description
Hi, We need an email alias or mailbox to setup a UK OSGeo newsletter. Would it be possible to have a mailbox setup, uk@… or similar? Many thanks, Nick.

Thanks. I wasn't sure what the options were.
This mailbox is only to manage the newsletter. We are going to use sender.net to run the newsletter. Sender won't let us register with our current general osgeouk@… email address. We need an address setup that the people running the newsletter can access. Please could you setup a mailbox uk-news@…?
Many thanks, Nick.

Thanks very much.
We are using Sender.net for our newsletter. During the setup, they asked us to add some details to our SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for osgeo.org on Cloudflare:
DKIM: CNAME sender._domainkey dkim.sendersrv.com
Caution: your domain already has an SPF record: v=spf1 mx a:mail.osgeo.org a:lists.osgeo.org a:mail.osgeo.osuosl.org ip4:140.211.15.3 a:osgeo7.osgeo.org a:trac.osgeo.org a:dev.trac.osgeo.org a:osgeo8.osgeo.org a:secure.osgeo.osuosl.org ip4:140.211.15.57 ip4:140.211.15.32 ip4:140.211.15.26 ip4:140.211.15.6 ip4:140.211.15.9 ip4:140.211.15.13 a:web.osgeo9.osgeo.org. You need to update the existing record by inserting the following value: "include:sendersrv.com" like this:
SPF: TXT @ v=spf1 include:sendersrv.com mx a:mail.osgeo.org a:lists.osgeo.org a:mail.osgeo.osuosl.org ip4:140.211.15.3 a:osgeo7.osgeo.org a:trac.osgeo.org a:dev.trac.osgeo.org a:osgeo8.osgeo.org a:secure.osgeo.osuosl.org ip4:140.211.15.57 ip4:140.211.15.32 ip4:140.211.15.26 ip4:140.211.15.6 ip4:140.211.15.9 ip4:140.211.15.13 a:web.osgeo9.osgeo.org
DMARC: TXT _dmarc v=DMARC1; p=none;
There are more details on here: https://help.sender.net/knowledgebase/how-to-set-up-spf-dkim-and-dmarc-on-cloudflare/
Thanks very much. Please let us know if you need any more info.
Best wishes, Nick.

Thanks very much, all looks good at our end too Cheers, Steven
Yes. Just let us know what email addresses should receive email for uk@…
Slight clarification. Just realized you mentioned this is for mailbox. So would this be like a mailing list.
Might be appropriate for us to set it up as a discourse forum (where only a group of people can post, but anyone can subscribe).
