Description
Hi, I am aware of the general discussion on Discourse structure for different chapters and countries [1]. I would hereby like to request a place for QGIS Estonia. We are willing to wait a moment if it is important that the overall local chapter structure needs to be agreed on first.

Hi, there hasn't been really any information on how to move forward.
